If you search for Lucy, you'll probably see her adding a splash of color to her new designs. This young artist interested in taking her talents behind the stage and exploring all the new avenues that Explo has to offer her.

Art is so fun because you just get to be so expressive and crazy and do whatever you want. There's no right or wrong; it's all art and it's all meaningful. If I had to choose one material that I'd need for art, I'd say that I'd choose a sponge. They let you capture so much movement and all these different techniques for painting, and every time it looks amazing, even if it's something so simple or random.

I think Explo is so different for me, because here, we aren't restricted by tests or strict schedule like at school. We get to learn for the sake of learning which makes it so fun. Oh, and Explo helps you try new things because the environment here is so welcoming that you're not afraid to learn new things. Like, I've never fenced before in my life, but after being in the fencing workshop after only a few classes this week, I feel like I kind of know what I'm doing.

When I grow up, I think I'd probably want to do something involving art, but not specifically be an artist. I'm not sure. I'm also taking Costume, Hair, and Makeup Design here at Explo, and I really enjoy being behind the scenes in the theater. So, It might be really cool to be able to combine my skills in art into hair and makeup and apply them in that way.
