I hope to do CGI effects for movies someday. People often have one point of view, that the actors are filming the scenes and the computers just fill in the blanks. That’s not always the case. I want to be the person behind the scenes telling the computer what to do. Let’s say you helped make Star Trek. Knowing you helped create that world is just such a full sense of accomplishment. So, hopefully my 3D Animation class will help me pursue that.
My Business Negotiation workshop, on the other hand, has stretched me a lot — but I'm grateful for it. Negotiating happens in just about every situation, every day. They’re not always big business deals; negotiations happen on every scale. I think I’ve got a good balance of what makes me uncomfortable — in a good way — and what I just enjoy.
