We chose the name Toma for our restaurant because we dug through our recipe and found tomatoes to be the common ingredient. It's something familiar, delicious, and reminds people of home cooking. Toma in Spanish means "to take" so when our customers "take a bite" out of our food, we hope that people from all over the world will also relate to our restaurant.
