Jordin is an outgoing and intelligent student who is making a lot of friends very quickly here at Explo. She is also thrilled to be in a class that feels so catered to what she wants to be when she grows up: an interior designer.
I’m taking Interior Decorating and it’s exactly what I’ve always wanted in a class. We have a floor plan and then we’re going to design the inside of, as if it was an actual house that we were decorating for a job. It’s really cool and a lot of fun. I actually want to do that for a living, so it was really awesome when I found out that Explo offered a class like this. You could look everywhere and not find something like this.
I’ve wanted to be an interior decorator for three years now. I started watching HGTV and I just loved it. It makes people feel better about their house, and that’s important because they’re going to be their all their lives. Seeing the smiles on people’s faces when they’re really pleased with what their house is looking like is amazing. My favorite show is Property Brothers because they’re doing exactly what I want to be doing. It’s not just the Interior Decorating, but the buying and selling part, too.
