With a winning smile and a passion for making Explo (and the world) a better place, this Explo at Wellesley Ambassador is a true model for some of the attributes that we strive to cultivate at Explo: happiness, innovation, and fun!

Being from Puerto Rico, we have a saying: "I live where you vacation." We have some of the best beaches, and we love having our own pride in our country. But even though I love where I come from, I keep coming back to Explo each summer because it's amazing to learn about how other places in the world, like Explo, could be even more amazing than paradise. I love that I get the chance to meet people all over the world: kids here come from all over the U.S., Greece, and there are even some people from Puerto Rico that I never knew.

I'm not sure what I want to do when I grow up; I'm stuck between being a businessman or being a lawyer. This year, Explo is helping me figure that out. I'm trying to take new classes in both business and law so I can explore my options and make a better decision when it's actually time to decide.

If I could change one thing in the world, it would be finding a way to solve world hunger. In my Venture Capitalism class at Explo, we're creating shirts that are 100% recyclable, and sending a percentage of our profit to the World Hunger Foundation to try to take a small step in that goal.
