Meet Bryan from Maryland

Not only does Bryan pride himself on being unique, he makes the argument for it being a trait that everyone should have.

I like my uniqueness. I’m double jointed in my fingers — that’s one way I’m unique. I am also very artistic. I love drawing. Typically, I draw anything I can find or get a picture of. The best thing I have ever drawn was either a bottle or a cat. It was just a random cat. I’ve been drawing as long as I can remember. I really like the freedom of it; it’s not strict or regulated like classes in school would be. If I’m happy, I might draw something funny; if I’m upset, I might draw a monster or a dragon. I have an art room at home that I’ve decorated with my art.

I think it’s important to be unique. If no one was unique the whole world would be so bland. But when everyone has their own slight differences, everyone can have their own unique perspective. Everyone has something valuable to say in some way when everyone is unique.
