Would you want the Pizza-Ice-Creamatron 3000 in your room? Enthusiastic builder, Amay, wants to make it happen.
I love to build. I used to really enjoy using Legos and building stuff with them. Here at EXPLO, I’m taking Aeronautical Engineering. I love getting to experiment with different things and build different things. We are currently building airplanes and gliders, and it’s really a challenge to think about how to get them to fly. My favorite thing about building is when you complete what you’re working on — when it’s finally done. It’s such a satisfying feeling, especially if you’ve worked hard toward it.
The most complicated thing I’ve ever built was this XT Robot made out of Legos. I could program it to do lots of different things. My team and I would receive different challenges and we would have to reprogram it accordingly. We would need to change the programming so it could go through a maze and get out of it, or there was one where we had to prepare our robot for battle.
If I could build anything I would build a pizza machine. You could select your different toppings and it would be free pizza whenever you wanted. It would be a vending machine for pizza — with ice cream as well, as a dessert! I would want this machine in my room and name it the Pizza-Ice-Creamatron 3000.
