A third-generation chef, Nicholas Schiarizzi loves sharing his passion for food with aspiring young Explo Chefs. Here's a taste into why we're so excited to have him teaching our Explo Chef students.

For Nicholas Schiarizzi, the love of food is in his DNA. Both his grandfather and father were chefs. Nicholas, an Adjunct Professor at Boston University, was just named "Fellow of the American Academy of Chefs" this year.

A member of the American Culinary Federation, Nicholas was also named New England Chapter "Chef of the Year" in 1993, an honor previously awarded to his father in 1961.

We are honored to have such a talented and experienced chef at the helm of Explo Chef.
