Science Bob Brings Halloween Home: Try These Experiments (If You Dare)

October 28, 2015

Brilliant teacher, author, scientist, and presenter “Science Bob” Pflugfelder is back with irresistible experiments and explosions for you to try at home, and just in time for Halloween. So gather your supplies, an appropriate chaperone, and get spooking!

We featured Science Bob on our site after he wowed us (and hundreds of visitors) the Explo Learning Festival. We follow Bob on his blog and were thrilled when he announced these DIY Halloween-inspired experiments for us to try at home.

From glowing drinkable tonics, to DIY slime, screaming cups, screaming coins, and dancing static ghosts, these hands-on Halloween projects do not disappoint. You can find most supplies in local stores, and you can even round out your experiment kits from the Science Bob Store.

And to see Science Bob in action, check out this “smashing pumpkins” video of him on Jimmel Kimmel live. Note, this is not one to try at home!
