EXPLO's Rules for Critical Making

The most innovative ideas were born under constraints. When faced with a blank canvas, you may easily be intimidated — even paralyzed — by limitless possibilities. Given a problem to solve, however, you're much more likely to find that your creative output is multiplied.

These Seven Rules for Critical Making are but a few of many constraints that we put into practice daily in our work at EXPLO: from writing curriculum to building contraptions, working within these constraints helps us stay sharp and continue to push the boundaries of our creative and iterative abilities.
